All delivery charges will be added at checkout and must be paid by you along with full payment for your order, before the order is accepted .I will always make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible after confirmation of the order and payment. Your order will normally be dispatched within two working days.
Postage is based on the weight and size of the product.
We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal as these are secure services.
If you wish to return an item to DragonGeeks please inform me in writing within 14 days of receiving the item and we will respond to you within 2 days.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition you received it. The item will not be refunded until it has been returned back to DragonGeeks.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund postage unless its the error of DragonGeeks. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved ,I will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a short time depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please obtain proof of posting ,as we will not be held responsible for items that are not delivered back to ourselves.
Any Masks/Costumes, must have the original official product tags still attached. If they do not, unfortunately, I cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons.
We check every mask before it is dispatched to ensure the slit at the back is not torn, if you tear your mask we will not be able to accept returns.
Any DVDs sold must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. If they do not we cannot accept returns for copyright reasons.
If the above procedure is not followed then returns/refunds will not be allowed. Please get in touch for clarification. If in doubt, please DO NOT OPEN / REMOVE ANY TAGS.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all tags, accessories, packaging fasteners. If in doubt, DO NOT OPEN.
Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the returned item can no longer be sold "as new" in it's original undamaged packaging we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
If your item arrives damaged then please send photos and a description to us within the 14 day period. Just go to the ‘contact us’ section of the website.
If your item is damaged after delivery then we cannot be held responsible, although I will try my best to accommodate you, the customer, the best way I can.
We will not refund the item until it has been returned back to us.
The Customer must return the item to DragonGeeks within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
Send it back, and we'll refund or replace your item as soon as possible!

The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item/s to DragonGeeks.

DragonGeeks will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable.
The Customer must return the item/s to DragonGeeks within 14 days of receipt for faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect goods to qualify for a refund.
Please be aware that items that are listed on our website as sale items or ordered from the sale section of our website may not be in brand new condition due to their age, and may have signs of shelf wear. If a product may originally have been shrink wrapped it’s possible the shrink wrap will be split or missing from the item.
If you receive an item from our sale that is damaged or you are unsatisfied with the condition of that product please contact info@dragongeeks.uk In the event it is not possible to replace the item with one in new condition we will offer a full refund of that item on its return.
Second hand items may have marks or scratches on them, but all faults will be clearly stated so to help you decide to make that purchase.
We do our best to describe and photograph our products we sell but we are not photographers and items may look slightly different in real life.

Where possible all packaging is recycled from different sources. If packaging is safe to use a second time, I will try my best to do that when possible.
